Salt air and humidity do a number on windows, frames, and screens, faster than most people realize. We clean interior and exterior windows across the whole property, clear out salt residue and grime, check frames and seals for early moisture damage, and reset every screen. Everything left clean, clear and streak-free.
A lot of our clients have us out monthly or on a regular schedule through the season. It keeps the property looking sharp, means we've always got eyes on the exterior, and takes one thing completely off the caretaker's plate. Most clients start here, and end up adding roof, deck, or maintenance work once they see how we operate.

Teak, cedar, ipe — every wood is different, and treating them all the same is how decks get ruined. Power washing strips the oils and opens the grain to more damage, not less. We clean properly, sand where it's needed, and use the right sealant or oil for the specific wood and how much sun and salt it takes. Done right, a deck lasts. Done wrong, you're replacing boards every few years.
