Sconset — Roof & Gutter Restoration

Sconset properties sit at the eastern edge of the island and take the full force of Atlantic weather. This estate had several seasons of moss growth, leaf accumulation in the gutters, and surface staining across the roofline — common conditions for properties in this exposure.

The project covered: full roof surface cleaning and organic growth treatment, gutter clearing and downspout flushing, bracket and seam inspection, and a written condition report issued to the caretaker on completion.

Before-and-after documentation was provided to the property manager for their records.
