Sheep Pond — Full Exterior Restoration

This Sheep Pond property came to us after several seasons of deferred maintenance. The exterior had accumulated significant salt residue and organic buildup across the shingles, windows, and deck surfaces. Outdoor furniture had weathered without treatment and needed full restoration alongside the structural surfaces.

The project covered: full interior and exterior window cleaning across the property, shingle surface cleaning and treatment, deck cleaning, oiling, and seal application, and complete restoration of the outdoor furniture.

Work was completed over two days. The property was left ready for the summer season — windows clear, deck protected, shingles treated, and furniture restored to use.
